- Are these leads shared with other companies?
- No. Every lead and every neighborhood is exclusively yours for the campaign. We never resell your lead to a competitor the way shared-lead platforms do.
- Will you run a competitor's campaign in my neighborhood at the same time?
- No. We don't stack direct competitors on the same neighborhood during your campaign window. If you're the HVAC company targeting a subdivision, your customers aren't seeing three other HVAC hangers from us that week.
- Do I sign a contract?
- No contracts, no memberships, no minimums, no auto-renewals. Buy a campaign when you want one, see the results, and decide for yourself.
- How is this different from a print shop or flyer company?
- We're not a print shop. We sell exclusive, protected territory with GPS-verified delivery and per-campaign tracking, so you can prove the campaign reached the right homes and see which doors turned into jobs.
- How do you verify the campaign was actually delivered?
- Every delivery is GPS-tracked with timestamped completion logs and optional placement photos at the door. You get a route map in your campaign report — proof, not 'trust us.'
- How do I track my ROI?
- A unique tracking phone number, QR code, and promo code per campaign, so you know exactly which calls and jobs came from it — and which streets performed best. Reorders reuse the same tracking for easy optimization.
- What kind of response rate should I expect?
- We quote conservatively: roughly 1–3% for well-targeted, well-designed door hangers. A 1,000-home campaign commonly produces a dozen-plus inbound contacts, varying by trade, offer, and season. We'd rather under-promise and show you the proof.
- What about No Soliciting neighborhoods?
- Our walkers skip every No Soliciting / No Trespassing home.
- Do you work in new subdivisions or growing areas?
- Yes — Ascension and Livingston are among the fastest-growing parishes in Louisiana, full of recent buyers, and we target them every week.
- Can I reuse my design on a reorder?
- Yes. Reorders skip the design step, keep the same tracking, and cost less — so each campaign in a territory gets a little sharper.
- What targeting options do you offer?
- Zip codes, subdivisions, owner-occupied vs renter, income tier, property value, home age, radius from your business, and density / saturation campaigns — modeled on Census ACS estimates joined to neighborhood boundaries.
- What does it cost?
- Campaigns run around $0.30 per home, all-in — printing, targeting, hand delivery, and GPS verification. At a conservative 1–3% response that pencils out to roughly $25–35 per exclusive lead — below what Angi charges for a shared one. Pick your area and the quote tool shows the price before you commit.
- Do you only serve Baton Rouge?
- Today, yes — Greater Baton Rouge (East/West Baton Rouge, Ascension, and Livingston) is our pilot market. We're expanding monthly. Request your area on the Coverage page and we'll let you know when we launch.
